Since discovering the power of ketogenic eating, Cindy has passionately been devoted to helping others discover the freedom found in fueling her body with low carb, high fat, medium protein foods. Coach Bronson is a grandfather who didn't get into fitness until his late 30's. Since then he’s spent years learning, training, and helping as many people as he can.

In his words “I used to be the typical, middle-aged dad, dadbod, man-boobs and all. I finally had enough of not living up to the image I had of myself. It took me years but I've finally gotten to the point where my fitness and health are no longer limitations on my ability to enjoy life. 

I've been training/coaching for more than 10 years. I've owned a health and fitness center and helped hundreds of people improve their lives. My focus is on helping you reach physical freedom. I want you to gain the ability to say "YES I CAN" to anything that life throws at you. 

I live a carnivore lifestyle. I firmly believe that an animal-based, low/no carb, whole-food approach to nutrition is the best for the human condition. Everything that I do in fitness follows a similar holistic approach

NATALIE J. GRASSO

Natalie J. Grasso is a professional physique athlete, fitness model and Mind/Body Transformation Coach who found healing through adopting a low-carb lifestyle over 10 years ago and went on to build the body of her DREAMS.

 

Having overcome a host of chronic health conditions (GERD, migraines, ulcers, dysmenorrhea, ovarian cysts, chronic sinusitis, mood disorders) and a life-long battle with binge eating and bulimia, Natalie’s passion and mission in life is to EMPOWER women to become strong and resilient – mentally, emotionally, and physically – so they can live in the bodies & lives they LOVE!

 

Now a WBFF Pro Bikini Model, trained Life Coach, Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer, and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Natalie specializes in low-carb nutrition for body transformation — with a focus on disordered eating and behavior change.

 

Natalie launched The Keto Bikini Body™ virtual body transformation program in 2020 to help women become the CEO of their bodies, unleash their inner athlete, and achieve next level results by revealing trade secrets used by fitness competitors alongside the power of the ketogenic diet.

 

In addition to helping her private clients break through barriers to achieve phenomenal transformations, Natalie coaches hundreds of clients through the KETOGAINS® Bootcamp each year.

 

When she’s not working with clients, you can find her lifting heavy things in the gym, whipping up “magic” in the kitchen, or outside getting some “nature therapy.”

 

She enjoys sharing the ins and outs of life as a Keto Bikini Pro on her YouTube channel and Instagram @TheKetoBikiniPro, and supporting women in her Keto Bikini Secrets Facebook Group.

Kim Howerton

Kim Howerton is a Keto Coach and recipe creator who works with people who have spent much of their life struggling with their weight. She feels uniquely qualified to do so, as that is how she spent most of her own life. From her first diet at 8, her life became defined by her weight and inability to lose it. 

 

Until she found Keto, all the excess weight fell off magically, and she was transported to a size 6 with a closet filled with designer labels, all donated for free in praise of her magical accomplishments. 

 

Just Kidding. 

 

Like all real-life stories, it was a bit more complicated than that.  In truth, Kim finding Keto was indeed an incredible life-changing experience.  She’s lost over 80 pounds and now enjoys the kind of health and life she never dreamed would be possible. 

 

But along the way there’s been a lot of tweaking, unlearning, relearning, experimentation and deep work that has allowed her to finally feel in control of her health.  She credits the messy middle of Keto – where she felt like she was flailing and failing, wit the skills that taught her not just to solve her own struggles but to empower others to solve theirs.  She now runs programs specifically designed for folks who seem to have lost their “easy” button.

In July 2017, Autumn completely transformed her life, health, and her diet. After a lifetime of being overweight, unhappy, and hopeless, she sought guidance from the most knowledgeable being on the planet. Google. Basically, she just Googled “food to help you feel better”, as she was suffering from yet another flare-up, following her diagnosis of Crohn’s Disease in 2015. On that day, Autumn fell down an internet wormhole and learned everything she could about how to start the Ketogenic Diet. From there, her life was never the same. Keto has taught Autumn that it is possible to gain control, eat nutritiously, enjoy food, and live at a healthy body weight. Her purpose in life is to help others achieve those possibilities. In 2020, Autumn left her decade-long corporate career behind to devote her life to helping struggling people find health and weight loss success through her platform, Watch Autumn Keto. These days, when she is not completely consumed with creating valuable content and resources for her audience, you can find Autumn in her happy place, snuggled up on the couch watching TV with her husband Richard, and their three dogs, Milton, Madeline, and DJ.C
