The Low Carb Cruise's mission is to bring people together from all around the world who are either currently living the keto lifestyle or wish to learn more about it in an enjoyable, social, informational and educational setting. Our speakers are some of the most successful and knowledgeable within the keto community who want to share their success and knowledge with others. Our hope is that everyone will leave motivated, inspired, and equipped with the tools they need towards a healthier, more vibrant lifestyle.  

*DISCLAIMER – The Low Carb Cruise is a “Low Carb Conference at Sea.” We have seminars on Sea Days with some of the most renowned doctors and influencers in the world. They are for our inspiration and motivation. Our group is a small number of people compared to the thousands of guests on a cruise ship. The cruise line does not offer a special low carb menu or prepare special low carb foods just for our group however we have not found it difficult to eat low carb on a cruise ship. While some of our experts may follow a particular form of low carb, the Low Carb Cruise is not recommending nor promoting any particular type of a low carb lifestyle, ie paleo, keto, ketovore, carnivore, squeaky clean, etc. This is simply about reducing the consumption of carbohydrates.
